Your day-to-day role:

• Welcome customers with professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth.
• Receive patient requirements communicated by the optometrist
• Recommend the products best suited to their visual needs
• Order, track, and verify the quality of ophthalmic lenses
• Adjust, deliver, and repair eyeglass frames and contact lenses
• Present our services (dry eye, scleral lenses, etc.)
• Participate in our events and initiatives (sports or social!)
• Support your coworkers on the floor and at the front desk
• Stay up to date by participating in training sessions and team meetings

What we are looking for:

• Certified optician with at least 2 years of experience
• Good listening skills, team spirit, and excellent customer service
• Curiosity, rigor, and a desire to learn continuously
