Your day-to-day role*:

• Welcome customers with professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth.
• Recommend the products best suited to the customer’s visual needs.
• Order, track, and verify the quality of ophthalmic lenses
• Adjust, deliver, and repair eyeglass frames and contact lenses
• Presenting our services to customers
• Participate in our occasional external events and initiatives (e.g., our truck store!)
• Support your coworkers on the floor and at the front desk
• Stay up to date by participating in training sessions and team meetings

What we are looking for:

• Certified optician or experienced stylist
• Good listening skills, team spirit, and excellent customer service
• Curiosity, rigor, and a desire to learn continuously
