We offer comprehensive eye exams, screen assessments and specific dry eye evaluations.
Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to come and try on frames even if you don’t have an appointment for an examination. Our on-site team can advise you according to your style, face and visual needs. If you already have an up-to-date prescription, you can also have your lenses made in-house.
An eye exam takes between 30 and 45 minutes on average. If you also have an assessment for dry eyes or other specific care, allow a little more time, about an hour in total.
In the vast majority of cases, yes! The medical aesthetic treatments offered at Eye Am have little or no recovery time. You may experience slight redness or sensitivity for a few hours, but you’ll be able to resume your normal activities after your appointment.
You can book an appointment directly online via our website, choosing the branch and type of service you require. You can also call us or drop by a branch if you’d prefer to speak to a member of our team. It’s quick and easy!
No, you don’t need a prescription. Our optometrists can evaluate your vision on the spot and issue a prescription if necessary. For medical-aesthetic care, an evaluation is also performed prior to any treatment.
Bring your current glasses or contact lenses (if you wear them), as well as your insurance card if you have one. It’s also helpful to know your medical and ophthalmic history. If you wear contact lenses, avoid wearing them for a few hours before the appointment if possible.
Yes, for medical-aesthetic treatments, we recommend that you come without any make-up or cream on your face. This makes the treatment more effective and ensures optimum hygiene. If this is not possible, we’ll take care to clean your skin on the spot before starting.
At Eye Am, we always start with a personalized consultation. This allows us to fully understand your skin, your concerns, your goals… and to recommend what’s best for you. Whether it’s to revive the radiance of your complexion, treat dry eyes or simply take care of yourself.
You can view details of the services offered by each branch directly on our website, in the “Branches” section.
