Conditions regarding the sale of prescription products

Online sales of frames, sunglasses, sports glasses and products to treat dry eye symptoms do not require any approval by one of our professionals.

 

Contact lenses

According to the different laws in force in the province or country of origin of the order, the following conditions could apply:

1. Only customers who have a valid file with Eye Am may reorder their contact lenses at eye-am.ca.
2. Only customers who have a valid patient file with Eye Am may reorder their contact lenses at eye-am.ca.
3. If the time since the last vision examination or eye health checkup has expired, the customer will be informed and invited to update his/her file by visiting a vision professional.
4. By completing the order form, the customer accepts the shipping conditions of the selected product and accepts to pay the charges, according to the method indicated on the order form.
5. By completing the online order form, the customer accepts responsibility for the order and all the charges related to the online transactions.
6. Eye Am reserves the right to cancel any order for professional reasons..
7. Eye Am reserves the right to refuse to sell a product.
