From marketing to human resources and including corporate actions or services possibly issued by the enterprise, as General Manager, I have been assigned responsibility for all key business functions of the company. My role is twofold: manage daily activities, but also draw-up a strategy derived from personal reflection and ongoing communication maintained with my interlocutors – clients, suppliers, competitors, employees et partners.

I am highly experienced in differentiation and organizational effectiveness strategies. I can translate business strategies into practical organizational projects while designing scoreboards and other tools required to monitor their progress.
