A graduate of Université de Montréal (O.D. in 1986 and M.Sc. in 1990), Lucie is passionate about innovation in eye care. As President of Eye Am, she puts her expertise and leadership to work for patients, offering them cutting-edge visual solutions while creating a unique experience.
With a background as a professor at the École d’Optométrie, vice-president of the Ordre des optométristes du Québec and executive vice-president of IRIS, Lucie embodies a commitment to providing the best care and raising the standards of the profession. She works with a multidisciplinary team to enhance optometric practice and improve the visual health of every patient.

A graduate of Université de Montréal in mathematics and statistics (B.Sc. in 1991 and M.Sc. in 1995), Liane is responsible for the company’s key functions, including operations, human capital and marketing.
Her mission: to ensure that business strategy is translated into operations.
With a wealth of experience in strategy and project management in the pharmaceutical and optical sectors, she transforms strategies into concrete projects.
With a passion for people, a talent for numbers and a rigor without name, she nurtures strategic thinking, makes it concrete within Eye Am and makes it perceptible to customers and partners.
Optometrist O.D.
Co-owner, Eye Am Eye Care & Medical Aesthetics
François Piuze has been practicing optometry since graduating from the Université de Montréal School of Optometry in 1994. His career has developed mainly in collaboration with ophthalmologists in multidisciplinary clinics and in the field of refractive surgery.
Since 2016, he has been a clinical trainer and co-owner of Eye Am clinics, where he specializes in the management of ocular surface diseases and the fitting of specialty contact lenses, playing a key role in the development and integration of the most innovative approaches in advanced eye care! At the same time, he works as a speaker and consultant for innovative companies in these fields.
As a Quebec-based company sensitive to local success, we believe it’s important to support our home-grown talent. Eye Am is sponsoring two athletes to foster a love of sport among young people. We are proud to financially support Pierre-Luc Poulin, speed kayaker and Olympian at the Paris 2024 Games. We also support Club de soccer Boucherville and Club Vélo Dorval.
